hi guys, are zwunzi.exe and zwunzi121.exe executables malwares. i suspect these files are dangerous. they run all the time in the background and does nothing. are they harmful? plz help me with a perfect solution. thanks in advance

I use your software and my computer has Ramvicrype trojan but your software will not find or fix it. it has locked a lot of my files
